ROCKY is a very strong crane who can pick up other engines, but is also a gentle giant who wants to be everyone's best friend. He can do all the big jobs that Harvey can't . . . like lifting derailed engines back onto the tracks. ROCKY has no engine and relies on other engines to pull him to where he is needed.
