Ordering

Orders can be placed at our online store, Little Ones Reading Resource, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Currently, we do not have an order minimum amount and only orders shipping to the state of Virginia are taxable.

Order Discount
Any order that exceeds $150 in merchandise price will receive 3% off all NON-SALE merchandise in the shopping cart. The 3% will be automatically deducted during checkout.

International Ordering

We do not ship to all international locations and our shopping cart is NOT set up to automatically calculate international shipping charges at this time. Please contact us for assistance. Make sure to provide your desired items and destination country in your email. We will email your shipping options with a link to our international checkout page where you can purchase and pay for your order through our secure checkout system.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday - Friday on a first in, first out basis. Orders can process anywhere from immediately to by the end of the next business day. Exceptions to this policy include federal holidays and any other designated days. Confirmation emails are sent to notify customers when their orders have been processed.

Please make sure you double check your order before you submit it to us because once submitted, we cannot add any products/items to your order. We can make an even exchange for a product or delete a product from an order, but we cannot make any changes that will increase the dollar amount of any order. If a customer wishes to add an item to an order, the original order will be voided and the customer will be required to re-submit the changed order as a new sale.

Payments

Customers can pay for their orders by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, eChecks through Paypal, or mail us a personal check.

Paypal holds all eChecks for clearing which can take 4 to 7 business days for US customers. You will need to factor this additional time into your ordering time frame needs.

Our personal check policy is as follows: If your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, we will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check PLUS a processing fee of $35. We will only hold merchandise for 4 business days. If we do not received your personal check within 4 business days, your order merchandise is NOT guaranteed to be in stock.

Shipping

All customer orders ship from our Virginia warehouse within 2 business days of order processing. Confirmation emails are sent to notify customers when their orders have shipped and tracking information is provided at that time, if applicable.

Returns

We stand behind all our products and our goal is to make our customers happy so we offer a 30 day refund policy.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please contact us within 30 days of your dated sales receipt and we will gladly refund the full product price. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and all merchandise must be returned in new, resaleable condition in their original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable for unwanted merchandise.

If the original order qualified for flat rate shipping and the return causes the original order to fall below the flat rate shipping threshold, any refund due will be less shipping and handling charges as determined by the new dollar amount of the original order.

In the event that merchandise is returned in less than new, resaleable condition, the refund will be less than 100% of the product price to be determined by the seller.

Damaged Merchandise

Every product shipped from our store is inspected for visible signs of damage. In the unlikely event a customer receives an order in a damaged state, please contact us for immediate assistance. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 business days from the date of order receipt. We will quickly work to replace or refund your order.

Defective Merchandise

Every product shipped from our store is tested for defectiveness. Certain products that are sealed cannot be tested. In the event a customer receives an order in a defective state, the customer will need to contact the respective manufacturer for assistance. If a customer chooses to return a defective item to us instead of contacting the manufacturer, we will either exchange the item (if available) or refund the purchase price as per our 30 money back guarantee.

Whether original shipping charges are refunded depends on the situation. Original shipping charges on defective merchandise will be refunded in full unless the original order qualified for flat rate shipping and the return causes the the original order to fall below the flat rate shipping threshold. In this instance, freight charges will be added to the original order and deducted from the refund.

Please note that return shipping of the defective product back to us is the customer's responsibility as defective merchandise is handled by the manufacturer.

Privacy Policy

Privacy is very important to us at the Little Ones Reading Resource online store. Any information provided to us is held in the strictest of confidence. We do not rent, share, sell, or lease any information ever unless compelled to by state, federal, or other law. If information is provided as part of a store order, certain information must be released (i.e., product(s) ordered, name and address, and payment information) to process the order. Security

The Little Ones Reading Resource online store accepts credit cards, Paypal, and eChecks through Paypal for customer purchases. Credit card information submitted to our webstore is collected using an SSL secured server. Credit card information is collected and processed through our payment gateway. WE DO NOT RECEIVE ANY CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AT THE LITTLE ONES READING RESOURCE FOR THE PROCESSING OF ORDERS. This is the reason that we cannot increase the amount of ANY order after the customer has checkout through our secure shopping card and authorized the charge to their credit card.

For customers choosing to pay for their orders via Paypal, the Paypal website posts the following information. "Paypal automatically encrypts confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available)."
