Return Policy & Guarantee

We stand behind all our products and our goal is to make our customers happy so we offer a 30 day refund policy.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Please contact us within 30 days of your dated sales receipt and we will gladly refund the full product price.  All merchandise must be returned in new, resaleable condition in their original packaging.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for unwanted merchandise.

If the original order qualified for free shipping, and the return causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold, any refund due will be less shipping handling charges as determined by the new dollar amount of the original order.

In the event that merchandise is returned in less than new, resaleable condition, the refund will be less than 100% of the product price to be determined by the seller.

In the unlikely event a customer receives an order in a damaged state, please contact us for immediate assistance.   Damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 business days from the date of order receipt.   We will quickly work to replace or refund your order.  

In the unlikely event a customer receives an order in a defective state, the customer will need to contact the respective manufacturer for assistance.  If a customer chooses to return a defective item to us instead of contacting the manufacturer, we will either exchange the item (if available) or refund the purchase price less original shipping charges.  Please note that return shipping of the defective product back to us is the customer's responsibility.
