General Shipping Information All customer orders ship from our Virginia warehouse within 2 business days of order processing. Confirmation emails are sent to notify customers when their orders have shipped and tracking information is provided at that time, if applicable. Domestic Shipping Rates: Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex Home Delivery, or UPS. Typically, lighter packages (3 lbs. or less) are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and heavier packages (over 3 lbs.) are shipped Fed Ex Home Delivery or UPS. USPS Priority Mail deliveries typically take between 2 to 3 business days. Fed Ex Home Delivery and UPS typically takes between 1 and 7 business days. FedEx EXPRESS SAVER shipping is delivered in 3 business days to most areas. Published rates are for the 48 Contiguous States only. Please contact us if you need 3 Day service to Hawaii and Alaska OR if you need faster service. Book Rate shipping is via USPS Media Mail and available to customers whose orders contain BOOKS ONLY. It includes delivery confirmation and is available to ALL 50 States. Media mail deliveries average between 7 to 14 business days. However, we have experienced some shipments to the West Coast (especially California) have taken 30 business days to deliver. This is outside of our control. Please do not use this shipping option if your books are needed in a short period of time. We offer media mail merely as a courtesy to our customers. Expedited Shipping: Arrangements can be made to expedite shipping for ANY domestic order. Please contact us with the desired expedited shipping method, order items, and shipping destination prior to placing your order so we can make arrangements and determine the additional charges. |

Alaska & Hawaii Our shopping cart is not set up to automatically calculate shipping charges to AK & HI. Customers will need to contact us with their desired item(s) and shipping destination including zip code prior to placing an order so we can determine shipping charges. Customers are notified of the shipping charges before their order is processed. Upon customer approval of the charges, order processing is completed and the order ships. Orders will ship USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. By contacting us for shipping charges, we have found our customers save a great deal over flat rate shipping. International Shipping: Our current method of international shipping is through the US Postal Service (USPS). We offer First Class International, Priority, and Express Mail. Please note that First Class International is only available for packages 4 pounds and less. International shipping charges are outlined below: DIRECT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS (V,MC,D,AMEX): Standard international charges are the actual postage rate PLUS $1.50 USD. Insurance can be added to any order below $50. The insurance rate for orders under $50 is $1.25 USD for shipments to Canada and $1.75 USD for shipments to all other international destinations. Any order exceeding $50 USD will require MANDATORY INSURANCE. Insurance rates are based on the merchandise total and start at $1.25 USD for shipments to CANADA and $1.75 USD for shipment to ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS. For international customers paying directly via credit card, please add the items to the shopping cart and check out. The shipping amount shown WILL NOT be correct. We will contact you PRIOR to processing your order, with your corrected international shipping options. Once you confirm your new order total with corrected shipping charges, your order will process and your credit card will be charged with the corrected total. The order may be canceled at any time during this process. PAYPAL PAYMENTS (INCLUDING CREDIT CARDS): Standard international charges are the actual postage rate PLUS $1.50 USD. If you pay through Paypal without obtaining the corrected shipping amount, we will refund your Paypal payment and send you a new Paypal invoice for payment. Because a refund MAY NOT be sent on the same day it was paid, you may incur additional charges due to the fluctuating exchange rate. The exchange rate is outside our control and we will not be responsible for any charges that arise from the fluctuating exchange rate. ***PLEASE NOTE:*** Any duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
