Ordering & Payments
OrderingOrders can be placed at our online store, Little Ones Resource, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Currently, we have a $5.00 order minimum amount.
International Ordering
Our shopping cart is NOT set up to automatically calculate international shipping charges at this time. If you are planning to pay via credit card, you may add the items to the shopping cart and check out. The shipping amount shown WILL NOT be correct. We will contact you PRIOR to processing your order, with your international shipping options. Once you confirm your new order total with corrected shipping charges, your order will process and your credit card will be charged with the corrected total.
***PLEASE NOTE:*** DO NOT USE OUR SHOPPING CART IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER WHO PLANS ON PAYING THROUGH PAYPAL. YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT US TO REQUEST A CORRECTED SHIPPING TOTAL. If you pay through Paypal without obtaining the corrected shipping amount, we will have to refund your Paypal payment, send you a new order confirmation email to obtain your confirmation on the new shipping charge, and then send a new Paypal invoice for payment. Because a refund MAY NOT be sent on the same day it was paid, you may incur additional charges due to the fluctuating exchange rate. The exchange rate is outside our control and we will not be responsible for any charges due to the fluctuating exchange rate.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday - Friday on a first in, first out basis. Exceptions to this policy include federal holidays and any other designated days. Customers can expect their orders to be processed by the end of the second business day. Most orders are processed by the end of the first business day. Confirmation emails are sent to notify customers when their orders have been processed.
Payments
Customers can pay for their orders by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, personal check, or money order.
***PLEASE NOTE:*** All personal checks are held for clearing which can take up to 7 business days from receipt.
